4. SMS Messaging Terms

If you provide your phone number and expressly opt in, you consent to receive conversational and transactional SMS text messages from XPI Solutions / XPI Voice related to your inquiry, request, appointment, support needs, or service updates.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
• Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the service
